Dr. Sarah Baysinger, PT, DPT, CLT
Sarah graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009. She has worked in a variety of settings from an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, acute care hospital, home health setting, children's therapy camp, and outpatient physical therapy clinics. She has worked in a variety of locations from Texas to the upper peninsula of Michigan to Hawaii to Antarctica (McMurdo Station), and now Alaska, where she loves and calls home.

She has a passion to work with individuals who have lymphedema and neurological disorders.  She is a
certified lymphedema therapist (CLT) and chair yoga instructor. She is certified in LSVT BIG (Parkinson's Disease Program) and Neuro IFRAH (Stroke and Trauma Brain Injury Protocol).  She has specialty training in craniosacral therapy and in the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine.  Her husband Paul Baysinger is a licensed professional counselor and provides mental health services at Recovery Waters Counseling (www.recoverywaterscounseling.com). Sarah enjoys gardening, hiking, fishing, and spending time outdoors with her family. 
Dr. Victoria Vigue, PT, DPT, CLT
Vicky was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and completed both undergraduate and graduate school at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. She has been practicing as a physical therapist for 8 years and has been practicing as a certified lymphedema therapist for 7.  She has worked in multiple settings throughout her career including outpatient, acute care, skilling nursing and home health, and enjoys traveling, spending time with her family outdoors and cheering on Cleveland sport teams in her spare time.

Dayana Da Silva, PT, CLT 
Dayana graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Branch of Physical Therapy, Brazil, in 2018. She has experience working in a variety of settings from inpatient rehabilitation and assisted living facilities to outpatient physical therapy clinics. She has worked in locations across Brazil, Florida, and now Alaska.

She has a passion for working with individuals who have lymphedema and neurological disorders. She is a certified lymphedema therapist (CLT) and a LSVT BIG certified therapist (Parkinson's Disease Program).

Dayana enjoys outdoors activities with her husband Ruben, culinary experiences, and spending time with her friends and family, and Peaches, her adventurous cat, who seems to be enjoying exploring the change in scenery.

Jill Motz, LMT, CLT
Graduating from the National Massage Therapy Institute in 2003, Jill has pursued a lifelong passion for education in her professional life, holding several certifications in advanced massage and manual therapy. She gained certification as a Lymphedema Therapist from the Vodder School in 2008 and has served the Mat-Su community to help patients find care and raise awareness in the medical community about treatment options.

Jill enjoys treating complicated orthopedic conditions, specializing in structural integration, advanced manual therapy and manual lymphatic drainage. 

 

As a 4th generation Alaskan, raising a 5th generation in her home state, Jill enjoys spending time hiking, reading and ALL things nerdy and Disney. She has three children, a small menagerie of pets and her free time is often spent volunteering to serve her community or profession in a variety of ways.

Brenda Smith, Admin Extraordinaire
Brenda has been with Recovery Waters since 2020 as the Front Desk Administrator.  She enjoys the many aspects of her work, especially the greeting of patients who come to Recovery Waters.  Prior to moving to Palmer, Brenda lived on Kodiak Island where she and her husband were teachers. 

She has three adult sons and two dogs (a black lab and a cocker/dachshund mix).  Brenda enjoys spending time outside doing activities with her family and working in her yard.
