Dayana graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Branch of Physical Therapy, Brazil, in 2018. She has experience working in a variety of settings from inpatient rehabilitation and assisted living facilities to outpatient physical therapy clinics. She has worked in locations across Brazil, Florida, and now Alaska. She has a passion for working with individuals who have lymphedema and neurological disorders. She is a certified lymphedema therapist (CLT) and a LSVT BIG certified therapist (Parkinson's Disease Program). Dayana enjoys outdoors activities with her husband Ruben, culinary experiences, and spending time with her friends and family, and Peaches, her adventurous cat, who seems to be enjoying exploring the change in scenery.
